  • Leaky pipe fittings / broken pipe
  • Malfunctioning dishwashers

  • Leaking roofs and ice dams
  • Foundation cracks
Drying water-damaged homes and businesses is important. But drying them fast is critical! The longer it takes to dry a water damaged building, the more expenses and damages increase. For example: mold, floor and wall warpage, out-of-home-costs, and other repairs increase as the structure remains wet. Speed drying a water-damaged structure eliminates or greatly reduces these damages and expenses.

Directed Heat Drying™ — A New and Faster Way to Dry!
TES stands for Thermal Energy System and represents a practical way to implement a new understanding of the Science of Drying that will allow restorers to dry wet structures at least twice as fast as ever before! TES will completely dry Class 1 and 2 water losses involving up to 1500 sq. ft. in 30 hours or even faster! Class 3 and 4 losses will take longer to dry but will still dry dramatically faster than conventional drying systems.

DryTech Restoration technicians use the latest technology and methods to remove the water and moisture from your home or business.

  • Truck-Mounted Water Extraction Equipment
  • High Capacity Air Movers
  • Low Grain Dehumidifiers
  • Turbo Drying Vents
  • Moisture Reading Instruments
  • Hygrometers
  • Content Restoration
The key to the drying process is simple. We chart moisture levels in the air to ensure proper placement of drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, TEX thermal Exchanger, and TES Hydronic Boiler Unit. Moisture levels in all porous surfaces are also measured. This record of the drying process tells us when satisfactory moisture levels are achieved. Emergency Restoration specializes in water damage restoration and water extraction from many types of disasters including flood, storm damage, broken pipes, and other accidents. Our technicians will walk through the structure with a digital moisture meter and check all walls, floors, and ceilings for any unseen water or damage.

If you’re in need of sewage cleanup in NJ, contact DryTech Restoration as soon as possible. Sewage poses a very significant threat to human health. However, the severity of the health threat depends on the content of the sewage and the degree and extent of penetration into the building environment. The degree of penetration is dependent on the porosity of contaminated materials, the quantity of sewage, and the amount of time the sewage remains in contact with materials. Consider three examples of sewage spilling into an indoor environment; the restoration response may be different in each situation. Situation 1. A very limited quantity of waste that originates in the built environment is deposited or flows slightly beyond the confines of the sewage system. In this situation, the waste is found in one specific location, is contained, and does not penetrate the building structure. A limited amount of contact time has occurred. An example of this situation might be waste that overflows in a bathroom
and is deposited on and confined to a tile floor. In this situation, there is a limited quantity of waste, which is contained and does not contact absorbent materials. Decontamination, which includes water extraction, cleaning, and disinfection, can be effective in reducing this particular potential health risk.

Situation 2. Waste that originates in the built environment is deposited or flows beyond the confines of the building’s disposal system. In this case, there is limited or confined flooding, but water and waste penetrate the structure and furnishings of the building. For example, flooding occurs in a men’s room of an office building, water flows under a wall and into the carpet of an adjacent hallway. In this case, there is a limited amount of waste that is confined to a relatively small area of the building, but it penetrates regions of the environment that have complex surfaces and are difficult to restore. Effective restoration involves decontamination (as in Situation 1) as above and drying all surfaces that have been in contact with the sewage. In the case of stretch-in carpet, lifting and cleaning the
contaminated carpet, disposing of the cushion, and treating both sides of the carpet thoroughly with a disinfectant are all necessary. Affected porous wall materials need to be treated with a disinfectant and evaluated for replacement. Because of the confinement of the sewage spill, aggressive, comprehensive treatment can be effective.

Came recommended by our trusted plumber, Cris came within an hour, and put my mind at ease that everything would be dry, mold free and properly taken care of. Cris was ultra professional and immediately responsive to each request. Technicians came first thing Saturday morning to start demo and clean up and drying process. Cris has extensive experience and evcalled insurance company with me to make sure everything was handled appropriately. DryTech was a clam in the storm (literally). My basement flooded because of my water heater and I thought everything would be ruined. Thanks to their quick response (they were here in less than an hour), they were able to remove all the water and used machines to dry everything. Best part of all, they helped me through the insurance process and all I had to pay was my deductible. What a pleasure it was to deal with them. From the first initial phone call to the last day, when they removed their fans, I highly recommend them. Extremely professional.
